Financial Recoveries...I persevered and BEAT YOU!

I have an unpaid medial bill from Doylestown Hospital that was sent to Financial Recoveries for collections.

I've been trying relentlessly to get a PFD from Financial Recoveries and every request was denied.

I felt defeated.

I even called the billing department of Doylestown Hospital and asked if they could recall the debt.

All requests via email, phone and snail mail were denied.

I felt defeated.

I started re-reading the threads on this site that said, "Never Give Up".

I called again and spoke with a nice lady from Doylestown Hospital.

She put me directly through to the Patient Billing Manager and I left her a heart felt message.

She called me back today and said, if I agree to pay the bill in full:

1. She'll pull the debt back from Financial Recoveries

2. She'll make sure the tradeline is deleted by Financial Recoveries

She sent the same message via email.

I'm on cloud 9.

I agree NEVER GIVE UP.  I had Stellar Recovery tell me many times there was nothing they can do.  I contacted the president of the company by email and he agreed to delete, I was brought to tears. Here is what he said.

     Thank you for the e mail.  We have honored your request for deletion of the credit reporting for file 95XXXXX which is paid in full.  A copy of the manual AUD deletion request is attached for your records, confirmation # is 69XXXXX.  We appreciate your cooperation in resolving this account with our office.  Let me know if you have any additional concerns or questions.

There are still a lot of people that do understand our situation!
