Re: First Premier......

I called and asked "how can I be late when the account was sold and balance paid in full"

the response I got was: " it's the credit reporting agencies that puts the lates on there"

This is gonna be a MAJOR headache!!!!!

Re: First Premier......

Yeah I know I just gotta figure out how to get this fixed, the lady from first premier said to dispute it and write the problem in. I said they were supposed to fix the incorrect reporting and she got very rude and nasty and told me to take it up with the bureau and hung up on me

Re: First Premier......

Sounds like your average CA to me. Screw First Premier. I just paid a CA a settlement to have it report $0. At least it will stop hurting my utilization, it's the best I could do.

Re: First Premier......

Dispute this with the credit bureau which is reporting it. I would  find if possible the check showing it was paid and send it in with the dispute.

Sad part is I'm not dealing with a CA but with FPB directly

I just couldn't believe that she was saying that the CRB's

were the ones coming up with the lates and take my issues

up with them.

I Disputed this morning and put in the addition comments box that

FP said that the CRB's were responsible for coming up with the lates

and that I wanted to know how that they the CRB's calculated me being

late.

Should be interesting.......lol
