Re: Follow my progress to rebuilding my credit.

OH MY GAWD!!!!

I just talked to my lender and had him pull to see where i am at....

GUESS WHO IS IN THE 600 CLUB?!?!?! /me cries a little

EQ: 590 EX: 615 TU: 567 (2/17/2012 lender pull)

This is the score TODAY BEFORE the following changes are posted.

CC balance paid down to 5%

1 Collections account is dropped.

My lender said that if we have 1 score over 620 and 1 at at least 600 (for the "mid" score, then he can get us financed)

OMG

i dont know what to think

My credit journey has completed. I am currently sitting at 800+ across the board.

I started my journey here years ago, and thanks to MyFico, it really is possible.

Good luck!

I may be in your shoes in a couple years.  I'm just wondering what kind of down payment they will be requiring.  Thanks.
