Paid or unpaid doesn't matter with CO's.... it's a major derog and will tank your score for as long as it's on your report.
The collection is also doing damage.
Your best option is a goodwill letter campaign.

I can'tell seem to get my scores to rise. Currently EX 635, TU 624, EQ 650. I have one paid charge off showing lates on EX only and showing open on EQ, closed on the other two. One collection from Midland for $571, the will settle for $342, but not delete. The collection is showing open on TU and closed on the others and showing lates on EX. AAOA is 1.9 years, oldest is 4.8. UTI at 2% with $3250 in total credit. Any ideas what I can do to get my scores higher?
Keep paying everything on time. Your AAoA will go over two years in another 1-2 months, and you'll get a boost from that.
