Hi I'm trying to buy my first home and CACH just popped up on a 4 year old chargeoff. I settled the account and tried my best to negotiate a pfd. But they would not budge insisting they cannot. I decided to settle in hopes they would then consider a goodwill letter.
Can anyone provide email contact of their successful experiences with this? Was there a specific person they spoke to? Is there a general email that will accept GW letters? also a fax #?
