Ok, I have contacted capital one, got to senior account managers and all they will do is send a dispute to the credit bureaus for me disputing late payments. No goodwill adjustment, even though they set me up for the reage plan and got the dates wrong. Was that theit fault? Nope, too bad for me, got a dispute going at the bureaus for me though (thanks?). I asked for an address to elevate my complaints to and got good ole salt lake city. I am disgusted, fed up with the whole thing!
Insult to injury, got a delinquent acct up to date, which resulted in a, wait for it, 2 point increase-wow...
all I feel is blah...
