That is great! I went through the EO office at Capital One and didn't have much luck. Do you mind pm-ing me the email you used? It never hurts to try and try again I guess

The CO I had was with Credit One and it was turned over to New Century Financial. I settled with New Century for a lesser amount than I owed and they agreed to PFD. Once I took care of New Century, I sent a GW to Credit One asap. Now thankfully I have the collection from New Century deleted as well as the Credit One CO. The CO was on my CR for only 6 months
