GW to Sallie Mae---

Sent a GW letter via email to the advocate office at Sallie Mae this morning. Just wondering how long you guys think I should wait before sending another or calling them? This was my first GW letter to send so I am unsure of standard waiting times.

within 72 hrs once they get it. i sent a letter via email on a sat got a call late Monday good luck im not too hopeful based on my convo the rep said they dont remove accurate info but is going to look into it further cause i had autopay on another account and there was a forebarance on the accounts im questioning
