Getting Account Removed From EWS?

Congrats on all the success in your rebuild!! A lot of hard work, but well worth it! 

I do have a question on getting an account removed from EWS. You said that you sent them a copy of your discharge paperwork after making sure the bank knew that you had filed, correct? Do you know what their turnaround time is on updating? Also, did you just send a generic dispute letter demanding the removal?
