Has anyone ever tried (or had any luck) with Goodwill letters to get past due months (late payments listed on accounts discharged in BK) removed or reduced? ?? Is there a process on this?
This would be a waste of time, the IIB is the killer, getting lates in the TL removed would not accomplish anything. If you are going to do something with the IIB send a GW letter asking it be removed.
Good to know. Just checked my reports and those lates pop up... wondering if...... I could do anything with them.
Your a lender and someone files BK and never pays you back. Then they ask could you remove my late payments? And your answer would be?.................... Like the boss said. You can try GW's. Dont get your hopes up though.
