I sent a good will letter to Union Bank of CA early september and got a letter from a chief officer last week stating he wil look into the account and see what he can do.... he also mentioned to give him a call if I have any other concerns..... he gave me a call back number.... should I call and ask the status???? I don't wanna be pushy and I wanna make sure I give him all the time he needs.... but on the other hand, what if he forgets???... This was one of the two GW's that I sent out... the first one was flat out "no we can't do anything about the negs" ...am hoping this would be a success......any thoughts???
I'd give him a couple weeks, then maybe a very friendly reminder. I agree, don't be too pushy.
