After looking over my equifax credit reports I noticed two medical collections. One was for services that I did not acquire and will be disputing. (I posted about this earlier) The other was for medical services I did acquire but thought I had paid. Well, to make a long story short it ended up on my credit report. So, thanks to this website I was informed of why chats website and after throughly reading through the site I typed up a letter and sent it off to the OC CMRRR. Today, I received a letter from the OC stating that while they did follow Hippa rules (Debatable) they have agreed to remove this from my credit reports. It then goes on to say that the CA handling the account will be sending me information to that effect.
