I have been rebuilding for the last year and half and still have one more year to shoot for a home. I have learned alot from these forums and still learning. Its great to have people help each other and keep pushing them. I really want to buy a home in January and still taking care of certain things on my report. I still have 5 collections I'm working to pay off and bring my total utilization down to 1% (currently at 34%) in 3 months. My fico scores continue to rise but I have seen an increase in my Mortgage scores. Two years ago my mortgage scores were around 475 and was told to delcare bankruptcy but I didn't. Today my Mortgage scores are 609,585, and 595. I'm so close but not giving up to reach above 620 in one year.
