I have my DV letter typed up signed and going to Certified Mail it to them tomorrow. UGh I want all this past me. Learn form mistakes I guess.

The certified letter was delivered on Monday. Hope to expect something from them in the next couple weeks I would imagine.
BUMP.
BUMP: I received a collection letter back in July (see beginning of this post) Sent the attorney a DV letter Ceritifed mail. They received and signed for it so I know they received it. It's now September 3rd and I have not heard from them. I know I received a FICO alert on August 25th stating "Consumer disputes this account information Collection account"
Does the attorney office have 30 days to reply to my DV letter? I have not received anything in the mail.
