I recently check my credit report through equifax and to my amazement, i found an open account under the name of LVNV FUNDING LLC. I have never been notified by them of this debt. What can I do to fight back and get this remove from my credit report. The debt said that it is 90 days past due but the balance was date back June 2008. I want to write to LVNV FUNDING LLC to provide me a debt validation but the problem is that they use phony addresses, PO Box 10584 Greenville, SC-296030584 (866) 464-1183.
What can I do?
