HIPPA Validation failed...now what?

I recently disputed some medical based items and what the collection agency sent back was basically a list of all the medical billings. They still did not provide any info on me signing a HIPPA agreement to release these to them .

Where do I go from here on my next letter?

Why would they have to provide you with information on the release as part of debt validation?

If you are attempting the "HIPPA process" be aware that it can not be discussed at all on this forum, Google it and contact the creator for assistance.
