HSBC/CAP 1

Has anyone worked on an old HSBC account since the cap 1 takeover........just wondering how the record transfer went or if they are playing ball so to speak!?

My DH has had a HSBC since 2006 with a small little $500 limit. He asked several times, but they would never increase the limit for him. Well I decided a few days ago to try the love button again now that Cap1 took over and they more than doubled the limit. However, the weird part was he recently added me as an AU on the account. We called the # from the website for customer service to make sure it would show up on my CR. Cap1 said we still had to contact the number on the back of the card as they still have no "aquired" all of the accounts yet. Well once we called HSBC said that it would not show up on any of my CR's. I was bummed until I get an alert less than 24 hours later with the TL showing on all 3 under Cap1.
