I just had an odd call with a CA. The lady I spoke with at Harris Harris LTD, informed me that there is a lock on my account so she can’t access it to give me any information. She tells me that there is only one person in their company that can access my file and he will have to call me back. Alright……I work during the day and it is difficult for me to take calls but making them is fine, so I ask for the gentleman’s name and extension and I will call him back later today. Responds with, “I think his name is Val, and he does not have an extension in our office.”
I was very surprised to get that kind of response and was not sure how to proceed with the call, so I gave her my cell phone number and told her Val can call me after 5pm.
Has anyone run into anything like that before, and how did you proceed?
