Happy Friday!
I've read mixed things about Experian as to whether anything will be removed prior to the (3) month on record date. I've read that they will only remove up to one month early, due to a "baked in" date and have also read they'll remove earlier.
I am currently in the preapproval stage of a mortgage and am waiting for some old CO's to drop off. Luckily, they have dropped of TU and it gave me a hefty 67 point increase (after dropping (3) CO's- Toyota, WF and USAA below). Anyone have any advice? Thank you!
USAA on record date: 7/23
Toyota on record date: 7/23
Cap One on record date: 8/23
Wells Fargo on record date: 8/23
Cap One on record date: 9/23

Your post reminded me to take a look back at my EX.
In early January, I asked for EE on two Patelco CC accounts that were later IIB. The DOFD was March 2016. Both were removed.
A couple days later, I asked for EE on two Penfed CC accounts. DOFD was September 2016.
The Penfed dispute came back denied, with no changes to my credit report. After reading your post, I looked back at my EX, and both Penfed accounts are now gone completely, Looks like they did the EE after all, despite EX telling me they would not delete the Penfed trade lines at that point. Odd. But I'm not complaining.
EXP didn't do an EE for me in 2/23 for a collection that has a DoFD of 8/16. It says in my report it will fall off around 5/23 anyways which lines up to the 3 month timeline many have stated here.
TU did the 6 month EE for me.
EQ didn't do any EE for me yet, although I tried to do it before the 30 day mark that many suggest here.
Did you call to ask for EE or do a dispute online? It's an awesome feeling when EE happens. Thanks!

I received a BK EE from TU a few days ago. I did it via online dispute and poof, it didnt take 10 minutes and I received the email that it had been deleted, EX said not possible to even dispute since I had previously disputed. EQ flat out said no, It will fall off in a year.
I called for TU EE and they disputed it and deleted it. The other two I tried online.
^I hope you get the other 2.
Just posted a thread on this.
I have a collection set to fall off november 2023 so about 8 months from now. I did an online dispute at TU and EX last friday. EX got back to me within a few hours saying they deleted the collection. Still waiting to hear back from TU.
For the EX dispute, I catagorized it as 'other' and entered the comment: "I am applying for a mortgage and this collection is just about 7 years old. Can you please delete it. I paid it off about 4 years ago."
All of that is true. And it's gone.
Oh nice! I'm applying for a mortgage soon as well (why I'm doing this). However, mine is a CO that's about to fall off, in a month or two, and an unpaid $734 collection that will fall off soon. I think that might be why they didn't drop the collection for me.

I'm in the same boat- unpaid CO.
