PS - addendum: in January prior to the pink-slip episode I requested a $500 CLI with Care Credit just to assist with UTIL. They stated it would be a SP, placed me on hold, them came back with a no. The next day I see they actually ran a HP -and- on all 3 CRAs! Yikes! Just thought I would add that.
