You have no CC's listed. Are you new to credit? You may have a thin file and thats why that 400 score is there. And like SMD said list your debts and compaines. If you dont have a CC then get 1 to have a credit mix. Try Cap1 pre qual for the Plat. Stay far away from the QS1.

Not to high jack, but why stay away from QS1? Just curious because I have that one.
I believe he hates the AF ?? Cap One is a good company for starters/rebuilders.. I suggest do the Cap One Platinum so no AF but no cashback.
Open Sky or Green Dot - NO HP and GTD an approval. WIth your scores I'd consider at least one of these.

The QS1 is much harder to upgrade and yes $39 a year. If you have a 3-500 dollar SL. It would take a lot of spend and pay each month to get your AF back. Whereas the Plat will upgrade very easy to QS and get the same 1.5% CB and no AF. See below. Been there done that
Darn, I had a Platinum, and a QS1, and I combined my Plat with QS1. Oh well.
Not trying to hijack as well, but I received my QS1 in Oct '18, & so far I've earned back $16.31, so I I think I will earn back the AF+ if I continue at this pace, which has not been excessive spending.
