Help I think I made a big mistake. HELP

I was reading the forums and I don't think I read enough and I dispute alot of stuff on my credit report and now I'm afraid I've made a huge mistake.  Please anyone write back and let me know what to do.  After reading more of the forums it looks like I should have never done this!!!!  Help!

3/10 EQ- 800
4/10 TU -772
