Help me break the CA code!

Hola,

A funny one here...  Derog on my CR shows the following:

"The collection agency "701yc00000" was hired to collect a debt of $1,610 originally owed to "Not Reported" on account number "XXX####".

Can anyone tell me how to decode this CA code?  I can't match it from another report, it's only on Equifax, and the account number only shows the last 4.  It's from 2004, so who knows?

Many times medical accounts show this weird account #.......is this on your CR.....if so call the CRA and ask what it is for & who

IF it is medical....you use the HIPPA  letters
