Ironically, while everyone is saying the only way they'll remove the lates is if you shouldn't have been in repayment status, even when I've provided nelnet with their own version of proof of enrollment, they are fighting me nonstop to remove the 90 and 120 day lates. Have a look for the details on my thread http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Student-Loans/Nelnet-lates/td-p/4907986
I will have a look at your thread. EDIT: I responded to your thread, and it appears based on the information that you provided that you were contractually in repayment status, and thus the late reporting is accurate.

Will the late payments still show up?
Yes, for a maximum of 7 years from the date of first delinquency (dofd).
Until the loan is paid off, the dofd will be blank or show n/a, so you'd need to do the math yourself.
I have researched a nelnet leader and obtained their email address. im going to prepare my goodwill letter, keep my fingers crossed, and send it in. Im going to hope for the best, but expect the worst.

Not sure why you wouldn't hold onto those gw efforts until they are legally allowed to remove the late payments, but ok...
