Update I was finally able to speak to someone after some help from the myFICO community. I talked to a EX rep and she stated the account is scheduled to be removed Sep 2019 and I could call back in July to get it removed early. I did request a dispute of the CO date as it is being reported with a March 2019 date instead of Sep 2012.
