Help with BofA student CC GW. Help with my situation :(

I only have one CC right now and that's my BofA Student Credit Card. Unfortunately, I have 2 30-days late, 1 60-days late, and 1 90-days late payments on my credit history.

I'm pretty new to this forum and this is my first time to GW my CC. I don't know where to or how to start a GW and where to send my GW. Can anybody help me.

There is a pinned thread that has lot's of good information about GWing, including example letters. Most of the successes I've seen here address the GW letter to the CEO of the company. You might be able to find that email on the web. You might also contact the company and ask them who would be the one to address it to.

I, however, have yet to be successful in getting a GW deletion. What I've done is mail the letter to the address in the credit report. (In case you want to not do what I've done...)
