Help with Collection Agency IC Systems

Good afternoon folks, I have a problem with a CA that showed up on my Transunion and Experian CR.  The account is with ATT/DirecTv, I have never been a customer of ATT/DirecTv.  I have requested the debt be validated twice and have been ignored by the CA.  I also have disputed this with TU and EX 2 times.  The account nears the statue of limitations in Sept 2019 and is due to be removed per Experian CSR.  I filed a complaint with BBB against IC Systems.  I'm out of options/ideas on how to remove this Collection account from my CR.  Any ideas and or suggestions are welcomed.

I would file a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

Can a collection account be re aged simply by talking to the CA?

I re disputed with Experian, submitted the correspondence from IC Systems refusing to provide validation that the account belongs to me.  I just received dispute results after only 5 days.  The account has been deleted!  Now I just need to put the pressure on TransUnion.... yay
