The party who developed the interpretation of the HIPAA statute that is referred to as the HIPAA process has asserted a proprietary copyright to that process.

Out of deference to any copyright infringement issues, we do not discuss details of that process on this site.

You must consult the developer for discussion of their proprietary interpretation of HIPAA.
