I have this account that I need to get off my credit reports. I want see about pay as delete but my research shows that Chase doesn't really go for that. Plus I am having a hard time figuring out the Statute of Limitations on my account. I know for Tx its 4 years. See image

During my research my mom reminded me I cleaned up my score through a credit repair company and maybe I should go back. At that moment a lightbulb went off. I remember I got a letter from chase and I was able to dig it up and its dated Dec 2014 and it states

This is my last account that is negative and I would like to get it off should I call? I thought about sending a copy of the letter back to Chase via certified mail but its address is from Cardmember Services PO BOX and you can't send certified mail to a PO Box. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
It is unclear as to what the letter refers, and how it is relevant to the issue of whether or not they charged-off the debt.
The fact that they were not, as of the date of the letter, reporting information to a CRA does not establish whether later reporting is accurate.
I would suggest first attempting a PFD, preferably addressed to a management official, and including any mitigating circumstances explaining why you have not yet paid the debt.
what is a PFD?
Pay for delete (PFD) is a process where you first send an offer to pay the debt in exchange for their agreement to delete derogs that they have reported.
It both discharges the delinquent debt and removes derogs from scoring.
