So almost 7 years ago I had an account go to collections. It reported only to efx and exp. Now just the other day it reported to transunion, is that legal!? if not, how do i fight it? if so, how do i kill myself lol jk I was really looking forward to this being out of my life for good.
please help!
The date of the first default was like a month from now 7 years ago so its going to fall off the other bureaus.

If its less than 7.5 yrs since the DOFD yes its legal. If these are within 6 months of being excluded call or write the CRAs and ask they be removed early.
