Re: Helpless at this point

Let at least 1 open revolver always report a small balance each month. FICO does not like all zero balances on open revolvers, the remaining you can charge but have them paid in full each month by statement cut not due date.

Your Credit One once paid in 4-5 months may give you a score boost, since it is a closed account with a balance. So it is over 100% utilization on that closed account each and every month.

Contact the hospital with the medical collections, ask about Charity Care mentioned here often on forums, here is a thread to give you an idea http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Rebuilding-Your-Credit/Financial-Assistance-Charity-Care-UPDATED/m-p...

Once your lates hit 2 years old of those in 2016, start a goodwill campaign to have the lates removed. I would have stated now, but since they are so close together, best to approach at that time, bearing that there has been excellent pay history since. Don't give up either, if denied the first time, there have been others that saturate them constantly or even contact the CEOs by email and plead your circumstances at the time, that you have been a customer in good standing since, yada yada.

Don't despair, the longer your good payment history and accounts age, will eventually lessen the dings you are suffering now.
