Hippa letter#1 using CDRRR must go to All reporting CRA's or just 1?

I have 2 collections i would like to take care of.First account is reported by all 3 CRA's and the second one reported only by transunion.Right now im planing to send 3 CDRRR's.Am i doing this right or is there just one particular cdr that would notify the other 2 cdr's.(which also can save me a few bucks)
Also experian has many addresses,which particular address should i send the CDRRR to for my collections.

You would need to send to each CRA that is listing the account.
 
Use the address for disputes on EX.

Oh ok that's what i did actually on the CDRRR's.
I already mailed the experian letter to the local address in allen,tx hopefully they will be able to take care of it from there.
