Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
1. Email the E.O. "****@ally.com" and tell him how long you've been a satisfied customer, but you noticed an possible error your payment history and you've contacted customer service, but was given the run around. Be sure to include your account info in the email.
2. Wait 2-4 days for a response.
3. Either he'll email again or have someone in the payment history dept to give you a call. And go from there.
***If all else fails call 904-470-3547 and them that you need help with a goodwill on your payment history***. It'll take a week or two to approve with about 65-75% success rate.

Thanks for the info! I called them once and arranged a late payment while my work sorted out direct deposit and they STILL tagged me with a 30 late. I'll try your suggestion...
