How do I dispute delinquent accounts on my Credit?

I'm not exactly sure on how to dispute accounts on my credit, can anyone help? thanks!!!

What types of accounts are you trying to delete. I sent a demand letter I found online via the fico forum to the credit agency to Validate the debt and sent it certified mail return receipt and then they sent me a letter showing that they could not prove it belong to me. It did not belong to me. Best thing to do is read the forums to check out the letters but Validate first and always always sent it CMRR. Hope this helps.

lookingforhelp, welcome.
What we need to know is what are you trying to dispute?
The dispute procedures range from dispute to the creidt reproting agencies, the original creditors, collection agencies, etc.
If you give us the specific itype of account info that you want to dispute, I am sure you will get a plethora of advice!
And welcome to the insane forum!
