I succesfully disputed a CA off my reports, however the Judgment remained on Experian (fell of TU). I was never served papers or notified of judgment, when I called the CA to pay in full they said 'thanks we'll mark the judgment paid in full" !!!???
Can I get a copy of this so I can dispute and and every line that is potentially wrong, and also possibly dispute that I was never served papers nor served a judgment? I need this off and have no leverage since it is paid. It is a silly $200 paid judgment...
