I have one last debt with them I am almost paid off. It came off my credit then reappeared with full balance before I made payments. Before it showed the original creditor but now it says lvnv instead of credit one. I contacted them showing them the arrangement and the $94 left of $463. They reported the latter. At first I was confused I disputed asking them to update reflecting payments made. I'm paying it off next week. They also have a fingerhut account that showed an offer for payment arrangement. The following week I logged in and it was gone. Called them they said they don't have it. Logged in again it's there but won't allow me to make arrangements. I got sued by synchrony and have an arrangement with their attorney, consent judgement. Then was served with papers from a third party collector trying to get the full balance of original debt. My attorney had fun with that, they threatened them with counterclaim and dismissed with prejudice. Been through hell with my credit.
