How many GW letters before going to an executive contact?
I'd like some opinions regarding GW letters.
I'm trying to get a paid collection off of my reports. It's a local CA so I've just sent a GW letter. I'm bracing myself for this one to be rejected. My question is, how many letters is recommended to send before escalating to a President/CEO or do you go to them first thing? I may be overthinking it but maybe the president of the CA would be more willing to budge if I show her how hard and persistent (but polite) I am at taking care of the collection account?
