I have a charged off credit card in the amount of 1092.00. In VA sol is 3 years. It is now 4 years later, so past the sol. I would like to get this settled. I received a letter from HC Processing offering a sttlement for 273.00 if I pay. They will also adjust my account to zero and mark my acount to paid in full for less than the full balance. I would rather do a pay for delete. What type of letter do I write? I do not want to start the sol over.
