I have a collection from a JDB for a old cable account. I just found a old bill from august 2009 my last bill and the numbers don't match up for the equipment cost and I have notes of check numbers on it showing I paid the service balance. they say I owe 594 while the last bill was 576 with 2 check numbers whitten down for 155 and 35. Where should I start they sent a response to my dv with my SS# and that 594 balance number.
