HSBC/Cap1 reported mid-statement cycle this month due to the merger, before my payment hit causing a 13 pt drop So far none of the csr's have been able to help. The regular statement cycle has now come and gone and still no update. How do I get them to update? I've asked to speak with what ever dept is responsible for credit bureau reporting and the csr's tell me there isnt one such dept... My balance on this card is $0 and I need my points back!! Any suggestions?? Thanks!
You could ask for a mid cycle update.
Others have had the same issue.
