How to get Portfolio Recovery Asso. Deleted

I have two collections from PRA and the OC is Capital One listed on all my credit reports. On my credit Karma it says they keep closing it and opening it back up. I requested validation and they sent some Verification forms for both accts. What do I need to do next? I saw they don't do PFD.

Thanks in advance.

When I talked to the guy from there he was really nice. I paid the collection on my medical bill and he removed it from all three credit bureaus. 😊 I didn't send a PTD since I never heard about that until I became obsessed with these forums. I had 48 Dr bills in collections and I'm down to 12 showing up on my credit report since May 2015. All of them was from my daughters 3 hospital stays and my emergency surgery.

Did you pay them in full?

Yes, I paid them in full. I would recommend the PTD as everybody recommends on here, just in case.

Always attempt the PFD first. If it fails after multi attempts settle it to stop the updating of your CR so your Fico can begin to recover and you can then switch to GW letters to both of these guys reporting.
