I have been working on DH's credit anyway. 2 yrs 4 months ago he filed Chapter 7 included Alltel in the filing. Yesterday I got a credit alert for him saying a new account was added I looked and it was Alltel. They are reporting a balance and also reporting it was included in BK with 7-25-08 as the date the BK was filed. How would i start to handle this?
