Sometimes when your CR improves, your score takes a relatively short term drop because you are now being compared to other people whose credit is better than yours. Do a search here for "bucket" and you'll see lots of posts which explain the concept. Perhaps that's what's happening here.
Console yourself with the fact that it is probably way more accurate than the human clinical trials that were run to approve the pharmaceuticals we all use
