Got it done aroune 5 cst.  They were really busy apparently.  Well, it's done and I got an email from them saying they will delete entries with a signature.  I will wait to see them drop off now!  Thanks all.

Congrats!  It was actually probably really helpful that you called on the last day of the month - they were probably anxious to receive the payment for their own end of month recoveries.
