I had called a lawyer and he said it was one of those things that would cost too much to right even those they are in the wrong. I need to find that DV. I don't want to get all ready for battle and then find out they dated it like the day they signed for the DV. Which was 10/28/2013. Then I'm screwed. Even tho they claim that they did not report until 11/25/2013 beyond a shadow of a doubt.
They said they mailed it on 11/15/2013. I'm banking on that.
If I can't find the DV response do you think I could get the CA to resend it?
Would anyone care to give me info onhow to sue this CA?

Any questions, legal actions, etc. should be done through your attorney. Preferably one in consumer finance.
I thought you didn't need an attorney to sue over an issue like this?
Just a little update on this situation. I have paid the OC in FULL. I will be sending the CA copies off all the documentation I have showing that they reported this BEFORE responding to the DV giving them a chance to delete it. If they don't I will proceed with the next steps. Fingers crossed they will just delete the dang thing without a fight because they know they reported it before they responded to the DV and they also reported it as disputed, which it wasn't.
