Congrats! Keep in mind if the collection is still within the CRTP it could pop back up with a different CA.

I know it's due to fall off in less than a year anyways so they probably can't sell it anyways lol. I'd f they do I'll send a new letter.

They could sell it but the new CA won't list it. If anyone decides to pull a factual report all unpaid debt will be on it which in turn could back fire when apping for a mortgage of $150K+ or a job of $75K+ It doesn't happen all the time but it could. Best of Luck!!!
