IC System contact

Anybody have great contact information for reaching someone at IC System?  I'm going to send a DV and see what happens. Also, is it okay to send a DV by email or is snail mail the only good option?

I don't have a contact but they stuck a CA on my CR without a dunning notice and I called them about it.

About a week later I received a letter from them stating the tradeline would be removed but about 3 weeks later it had not.

I ended up filing a BBB complaint stating this information and it was deleted about 1.5 weeks later.
