I just sent Jefferson Capital a letter yesterday using the FTC ruling for my Imagine card opened in 2007, hoping this would help me get Midland off of my credit. So the address is still pretty clear in my mind.
While combing through the forums today I found the State resouces and decided to click on Indiana to see if they are actually registered in Indiana to collect. Midland had many enteries but one of their addresses was the excate same address of Jefferson Capital, which confused me?
Can anyone explain this?
