Is an account scored differently once it hit the 6 month age?

I have Macy's, JCP, Target, Capitol One and Walmart that I got back just before Christmas to get some positive TL''s and they are about to have 6 month birthdays. Will this put them in a different bucket?

I have had to CLI's on the cards. Macy's from 200 to 1000 and Capitop One from 500 to 1000

Thanks!

The CLI's you obtained however will improve your utilization numbers which may bump you a little. That is if you keep utilization low under 10% of available credit.

Yes, I agree. I have been using 50-60% each month and then paying down to 3-5% util before they report. I don't know if that is good or bad but it seems to be working.
The cards like usage and the CRA like low util.

It seems to be a delicate balancing act.

nos............good post. You've hit the nail on the head.

I have 8 cards - I keep 5 of them at 0 balance and 3 of them at < 3%.. This works best for me.
