Is it typical to never hear back from Cap One?

I have sent 3 letters to capital one, each with a different address and also sent 2 emails and have heard NOTHING back. The last one I sent was a month ago and all others earlier than that.

All of the letters and emails had to do with 2 old credit cards that were charged-off and I was trying to talk with someone to make a settlement offer, but have heard nothing.

I mean, at this point I would have been happy with an official letter stating "Go to Hell"....hahaha....Anything is better than nothing!

I have heard back from Cap One with all my goodwill requests...even though I have gotten turned down each time

If you are purely looking for a settlement offer I would just call them on the phone and speak to the billing/collections department and work out a deal there.
